烟叶主流烟气中苯酚释放量与常规化学成分的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis on Phenol in Mainstream Smoke of Cigarette and Conventional Chemical Constituents in Tobacco Leaves
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the correlations between the delivery of phenol in mainstream smoke of cigarette and the conventional chemical constituents in tobacco leaf. [Method] The phenol in mainstream smoke and the contents of conventional chemical constituents (total sugar, total nitrogen, reducing sugar, nicotine, potassium, chlorine) in 15 samples of flue-cured tobacco were determined by HPLC and continuous flow injection analyzer respectively. [Result] The results showed that phenol in mainstream cigarette smoke significantly positively correlated with the content of total nitrogen, nicotine and chlorine in tobacco leaves and significantly negatively correlated with the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves. [Conclusion] The study can provide reference for formula design of low damage flue-cured tobacco in enterprises.关键词
