乳源免疫调节肽诱导人食管癌Eca-109细胞凋亡的研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of immunomodulating peptide from (3-casein( PGPIPN ) on the proliferation and apoptosis of human esophageal carcinoma Eca-109 cells. Methods The effect of PGPIPN on Eca-109 cells were evaluated by means of MTT assay. Cells apoptosis was detected by the flow cytometrie assay( FCM ) and agarose gel electrophoresis; immunocytochemistry was used to analyze the expression of survivin and caspase-3 in cells during apoptosis induced by PGPIPN. Results PGPIPN could significantly inhibit the proliferation of Eca-109 cells, which had significant dose-dependent relationships. Its inhibition effect contributed to the induced apoptosis; The study showed that survivin proteins expressed and caspase-3 proteins increased in Eca-109 cells. Conclusion PGPIPN can induce apoptosis of Eca-109 cells in vitro. The mechanism of this apoptotic effect is closely related to the survivin proteins and caspase-3 proteins.关键词
