内蒙古包头地区汉族原发性高血压与HLA-DQA1*0301等位基因的相关性研究
A study of correlation between essential hypertension and HLA-DQA1*0301 allele in the Hans of Baotou in Inner Mongolia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the association of HLA-DQA1 * 0301 allele and essential hypertension in the Hans of Baotou Inner Mongolia. Methods HLA-DQA1 * 0301 allele was detected by PCR-SSP technic in 119 cases of essential hypertensives and 130 normal individuals as the control. Results The frequencies of HLA-DQA1 * 0301 allele in hypertensive group and control group were 0. 403 4 and 0. 376 9. There was no significant difference between the two groups (x2 =0. 183 , P =0. 669 ). The frequencies of HLA-DQA1 * 0301 allele was analysed according to gender and family history, and there was also no significant difference. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed no statistical correlation between the HLA-DQA1 * 0301 gene and hypertension after adjusting for potential confounding effects of age ( P =0. 602 ). Conclusion HLA-DQA1 * 0301 allele may be not a correlative gene of essential hypertension in the Hans of Baotou Inner Mongolia.关键词
