RPS6基因多态性与汉族人原发性卵巢功能不全的相关性研究
An association study between polymorphism of RPS6 gene and primary ovarian insufficiency in Chinese Han population
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of ribosomal protein ( RPS6 ) gene and susceptibility of primary ovarian insufficiency ( POI ) in Chinese Han population. Methods We used the matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry to genotype one single nucleotide polymorphism ( rs2277151 ) of RPS6 gene in 148 cases and 226 controls, then used the SPSS 13. 0 software to analyze the data. Results There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequencies between cases and controls of rs2277151 in Chinese Han population. Conclusion Our study suggests that the polymorphism of RPS6 gene may not associate with susceptibility of primary ovarian insufficiency in Chinese Han population.关键词
