摘要
Abstract
We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 56 cases of valvular heart disease with giant left atrium, with end-systolic left atrial diameter 78～210( 96. 5 ±33. 2 ) mm,which was treated by valve replacement operation and RF ablation, satisfactory proportion of sinus rhythm, and better heart function recovery can be achieved by intra-operative RF ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing cardiac valve surgery with folding the giant left atrium in valvular heart disease with giant left atrium and atrial fibrillation.关键词
