补肾益肺消癥方对肺纤维化大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群分化的影响
Influence of Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng Fang on differentiation of T-cell subpopulations in rats with pulmonary fibrosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence and effect mechanism of Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng Fang on the differentiation of T-cell subpopulations in peripheral blood in rats with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Methods The rat model of IPF were established by the injection of bleomycin. The changes of symptoms and signs in IPF rats were observed after the administration of Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng. The content changes of T-cell CD3 + , CD3 + CD4 + and CD3 + CD8 + and ratio of CD4 + to CD8 + (CD4V CD8 +) were detected by using flow cytometry. Results Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng Fang significantly relieved the symptoms and signs in IPF rats, and rat body weight increased significantly in three treatment groups compared with model group ( P <0.01). The total T-cell count decreased significantly in positive control group showing obvious immune inhibition. The content of CD8 + T in peripheral blood decreased significantly in three treatment groups especially in low-dose group and high-dose group compared with model group (P<0. 01). CD4+/CD8 + increased significantly in mid-dose group and high-dose group compared with model group and blank group (P <0. 01). Conclusion Bushen Yifei Xiaozheng Fangcan delay the development of pulmonary fibrosis and play the therapeutic role through intervening the differentiation of T-cell subpopulations and regulating the immune response in diseased lung in IPF patients.关键词
