摘要

Abstract

From out-hung properties of airship pod, the slight weight and the cheap manufacturing expenses as design objective, synthetic optimization design is carried out from material choice, structure arrangement and detail design. The optimized pod structure of static strength and stiffness is verified through finite element analysis and static test. The result shows the strength and stiffness of airship pod meet design demand, actual weight is less 10% than fixed weight, and can add effective assignment load or reduce gasbag volume.
