摘要

Abstract

Objective; To research and establish a quality standard for Sang-bei-zhi-ke syrup. Methods: Bulbus fritillariae thunbergu, Herba ephedrae and Pericarpium citri reticulatae were identified by TLC and the content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results: TLC is constant HPLC is esact and dependable. Baicalin showed a good relationship at arange of 0. 02949-0. 44235ug (r=0.9999), The average recovery was 100.95%, and RSD was 1.61% (n=5) .Conclusion: The method is acute and exact. The result isDependable. This study prviod a method for the quality control of Sang-bei-zhi-ke syrup.
