Abstract
Objective: To prepare Humifusa flavonoids colon-targeted tablets and investigate optimal formulation and drug release profile in order to select the optimal formulation. Methods: The drug release was selected by the single factor investigation. The optimal formulation and drug release features were studied based on the accumulative drug release rate at different time points. Results:The major factors to influence the drug release profile in vitro included components of the core tablet and the selection of coating components and the weight of the coating components used. Conclusion: The Humifusa flavonoids colon-targeted tablets release with requirements of the characteristics of colon-targeted tablets.关键词
