摘要

Abstract

Amperometric NO2 Sensor Based on La0.9Sr0.1 ,Ga0.8Mg0.2O3_8(LSGM,Sr、Mg doped LaGaO3)with NiO sensing electrode was prepared by screen-printing technique. The physical characteristics of the sensor were studied by the X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The sensitivity and stability of the sensor was studied by measuring the Ⅰ-Ⅴ curves and response/recovery time characteristics under different N02 concentrations and temperatures of current. The results show that,at the range of 400 ℃ ~650 ℃,there is a good linear relationship between the variation of the current change △I and NO2 concentration of the sensor. The stability-testing results show that the response current amplitude of the sensor decreased to some extent as time goes by,and the stability of the sensor needs to be further improved.
