摘要

Abstract

Straightness detection is one of the key technologies for the production quality and installation accuracy of all types of lead rail, but also an important dimensional measurement technology. The current straight-ness measuring devices must be connected with the lead rail mechanically and not be real-time transmission detecting data. Because of these, an alignment laser position detector based on PSD is designed. The hardware design of the devices is described in detail, a 16-bit high precise A/D converter AD7606-4 is adopted to acquire four channel signal from PSD, and the detecting data are real-time transmitted by the ZigBee radio communication module. The detector can be suspended on the lead rail freely, and the equilibrium position of the free suspending devices can be acquired by free vibrate curve fitting. Experiments show that the error of the laser position is less than 10μm
