摘要
Abstract
In the course of field measurement, there must be a certain error between the measured value and the true value, so the field calibration of the displacement sensor is essential since the linearity problems of the displacement sensor. A method of measured value indication error calibration for displacement sensor is proposed for hydraulic synchronous lifting control system of CNOOC oil l# car loading. The absolute error of the displacement sensor is taken as calibration object, and indicating value can fit true value by adjusting the offset and gain of the A/D converter. Finally, the fitting line can be gotten by the least square method, and the final set of offset and gain value is determined by comparing the correlation coefficient and the absolute error关键词
