摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the maintenance efficiency of laser strapdown inertial navigation system (LSINS) , the system design of the outfield calibration device is put forward, the realization of hardware and software and the calibration algorithm are explained. The calibration device is particularly suitable for outfield maintenance because of its high-level automation, simple operation, small size, light weight and portability. The experimental data shows that the first navigation hour CEP from 0. 91 nmile/h, 1. 05 nmile/h, 0. 78 nmile/h reduce to 0. 62 nmile/h, 0. 71 nmile/h, 0. 56 nmile/h, the calibration time of single inertial navigation system is less than 90 minutes. With the use of the calibration device, the efficiency of product calibrating and maintaining is significantly improved, thus ensuring the LSINS normally and reliably services for army aircraft.
