摘要

Abstract

At present, the theory of testability validation test is not suit for engineering completely. According to designing flow of testability validation test, the problem met in determining the sample size and stratified sampling is expatiated. According to the testability validation test plan based on the theory of binomial distribution, the proportional stratified sampling for different sample space is introduced, and the method for confirming the sample size and failure criteria is revised, and the testability validation test method is achieved in engineering utility. The correction method assures the accuracy and reasonableness of the testability validating on the basic principle of testability validation test, and has some guides for engineering application.
