Multi-criteria Decision-Making Method Based on a New Score Function under Intuitionistic Fuzzy Environment

Abstract
The score function is an important index in ranking intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Considering the effect of hesitancy degree to score value from the objective view, in this paper, a new scoring function of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is proposed based on thefunction. Then examples are given to demonstrate the validity of this score function. Furthermore, combined with the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator, a multi-attribute decision method is developed based on the new scoring function. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the new method.关键词
