135例牙隐裂的病因分析与临床治疗

Abstract
Objective To explore the etiology and treatment of cracked teeth. Methods Totally 135 patients (175 cracked teeth) were involved in this study to analyze the position of teeth,age at disease onset and etiology. Results The cracked teeth usually occurred in 30 - 72 years old and the predilection site was mesio-palatal cusp of maxillary first molar. After comprehensive treatment, the results were satisfactory in 131 teeth,improved in 29 teeth,and failure in 16 teeth. The effective rate was 90. 9%. The weak structure and developmental defect were internal conditions of cracked teeth,cant of dental cusp was the risk factor,and traumatic occlusal force was an important etiological factor. Conclusion The diagnosis at early stage is crucial for the treatment of cracked teeth. Complete coronal restoration after root canal therapy is very effective for the cracked teeth combined with pulpal and periapical diseases.关键词
