摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of STAT5 and EGFR in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and to study their relationship. Methods 68 samples of NSCLC tissues verified by operation and pathological examination from January 2010 to September 2011 were selected as the NSCLC group. At the same time,26 samples of pericancerous normal tissues were as the con trol group. The expression levels of STAT5 and EGFR were compared between the two groups and their relationship were ana lyzed. Results The positive expression rates of STAT5 and EGFR in the NSCLC group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0. 05). There was significantly positive correlation between STAT5 and EGFR in the NSCLC group(rs =0. 430 , P<0. 05). Conclusion STAT5 and EGFR play an important role in the occurrence,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC. Inhibiting the STAT5 signal path may be expected to become the target for treating NSCLC.关键词
