超声诊断肝泡型包虫病53例分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the sonographic features of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis to improve the qualitative accuracy of diagnosis for this disease. Methods The sonographic data in 53 cases of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis verified by the operative pathology and needle biopsy in this hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among these cases, the infiltration proliferation type was in 7 cases, the fiber calcification type was in 19 cases and the liquefied nccrotic type was in 27 cases. Conclusion Ultrasonography has the value in definitely diagnosing hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.关键词
