摘要
Abstract
Taking the comprehensive planning of Ningde as an example, this article describes the cooperation and competition embedded in the processes of regional integration of the metropolitan area. The paper proposes several measures to facilitate regional integration, including coordinated use of resources, setting reasonable planning and central city boundaries, integrated spatial structure that also emphasizes local needs, scale and resource re-allocation toward equilibrium. In addition, the paper also gives suggestions on management models to ensure the implementation of above-mentioned measures.
