城市新区产城融合发展模式与实施路径
Path toward City-Industry Integration in New Urban Development Zones
摘要
Abstract
China's urban area is undergoing rapid expansion. At the same time, new urban development zones are always dominated by single-use areas. Problems, such as ghost city and sleeping city has resulted from such a planning approach. Recently, the concept of city-industry integration has attracted more and more attention. This paper draws experiences from Suzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu and other places, and explores the meaning of city-industry integration. This paper argues that multiple-function, facility matching and mixed use are the core of the concept. In addition, the paper takes the planning of Mianyang New Urban Area as an example to elaborate the application of industry-city integration concept in urban planning.
