Dilemma of Double-track Land System in Urban-rural Coordinated Planning Implementation: An Exploration of Reform in Land Property Rights
摘要
Abstract
This paper begins with the overview of the evolution of urban-rural disparity, and lists the misunderstanding in urban-rural coordinated planning of China. It examines two models of collective land reform: the Shunde model characterized by the induced institutional change and the Chengdu model characterized by the compulsory institutional change In addition, the paper also analyzes the influence of land reform on urban-rural coordinated development. It concludes with implications of improving urban-rural coordinated planning from the perspective of institutional reform for collectively-owned land.关键词
