Integrated spatial planning as a guide for coordinated urban-rural development must have strong policy and institutional support.. Based on a summary and analysis of problems encountered in the practice of urban-rural integrated planning, the paper reconstructs the policy and institutional framework of spatial planning and discusses the compatibility of policies and institutional innovations.关键词
