摘要

Abstract

TiO2-coated LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2(TZ-NCM) material was prepared by the carrier transfer method.The structure of product was layered α-NaFeO2,TiO2 was uniformly coated on the surface of LiNi1/3Coi1/3Mn1/3O2( NCM) .When cycled in 2.8 ~ 4.3V, the 5.0 C initial specific discharge capacity of TZ-NCM was 111.8 mAh/g. When cycled with 1.0 C at 55℃, the specific discharge capacity of TZ-NCM was 151.0 mAh/g after 50 cycles. Coating TiO2 could improve high rate performance, high temperature stability and cycle performance.
