Abstract
In order to know the status of patent application for fuel cells in the world and focus on the status in China, search of patent application for fuel cells was performed respectively. Statistics data were analyzed based on distribution of years, nations, fields and main applicants.Suggestions including attaching importance to patent and its protection,increasing input and support, improving patent quality, dividing the work,communication and cooperation, focusing on foreign patents and attaching importance to patent forecast and self-protection were proposed for development of fuel cells in China. 关键词
