摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects and safety to ulcerative proctitis (UP) by drug combination of MAYINGLONG?musk hemorrhoid ointment and Sulfasalazine suppositories. Methods To select 213 cases which diagnosed as mild and moderate ulcerative proctitis and divide them into two groups, with 108 cases in drug combination of MAYINGLONG?musk hemorrhoid paste and Sulfasalazine suppositories group (Treating group) and 105 cases in Sulfasalazine suppositories group (Control group) respectively. All patients were received 4 weeks'course of treatment. The symptoms ( pre and post treatment ) and adverse effects of the two groups were observed by using colonoscopy. Results Compared with the control group, treating group had better therapeutic effects and neither of the two groups had adverse effect. Conclusion Drug combination of MAYINGLONG?musk hemorrhoid ointment and Sulfasalazine suppositories was safe and effective to treat mild and moderate ulcerative.关键词
