摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the reasonof the right colon cancer was misdiagnosed as appendicitis and how to avoid it. Methods From January 2000 to January 2012, 24 cases of the right colon cancer was misdiagnosed as appendicitis, were analyzed retrospectively. Results 16 cases were diagnosed as right colon cancer correctly during the operation of appendectomy. 5 cases were given conservative treatment before they were diagnosed correctly. 3 cases were diagnosed correctly after the operation of appendectomy and given right hermicolectomy. Conclusion In order to prevent the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the right colon cancer, we should get history of illness in detail and make physical examination carefully to patients, and the patients should he given careful exploration in the operation and should follow up after operation.关键词
