围刺埋线配合体穴埋线治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床研究
Clinical Study of Treatment On Patients With Chronic Perianal Eczema By Surrounding Needing With Catgut And Point-Catgut Embedding
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect and prognostic of surrounding needing with catgut and point-catgut embedding on patients with chronic perianal eczema(CPE). Methods 80 patients with CPE were divided into treatment group(TG) and control group(CG) ,the parameters (change of skin lesion, pruritic degree, volume of seepage et al.) , recurrence rate of two groups were compared after 3 months follow up. Results The clinical effect prefer to TC with cure rate (90% ) and effective rate(100%) , P<0.05. The parameters (change of skin lesion, pruritic degree, volume of seepage et al.) of TG was better than those of CG, recurrence rate of TC was lower than CG, P <0.05. Conclusion It is effective to treat patients with CPE by surrounding needing with catgut and point-catgut embedding, with definite short-term effect, less pain, fast onset of action, low cost. This treatment can be applied repeatedly and deserve populization.关键词
