摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) associated with transvaginal repair in treantment rectocele. Methods 23 patients suffering from rectocele were treated by PPH associated with transvaginal repair. The operative time, operation effect, complication and recurence rate were studied. Results All the patients were cured. The rectocele did not relapse in the 2 years follow up. Conclusion PPH associated with transvaginal repair procedure results in improved symptomatic outcomes, high satisfaction, and an lower medical price.关键词
