Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and the clinical of the vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in delayed wound healing after radical resection of colorectal carcinoma. Methods 53 patients were divided into VSD group and control group, VSD group patients using vacuum sealing drainage therapy and control group using the traditional change dressings treatment. Results The changing dressing days, times and hospitalized days in VSD group were significantly less than those in control group { P ＜0. 05) , and the wound healing rate in VSD group markedly better than that in the control{ P ＜0. 05). Conclusion The application of VSD could improve wound condition and enhancement the proliferation of granulation tissue, and provide good condition for second suture.关键词
