Design and simulation of sensor for rotating arc with stepless adjustment eccentric
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the existing problems of the rotating arc sensor,such as eccentric inconvenience、 mechanical vibration arid large level noise,a new rotating arc sensor, which micro motors drive is designed in this paper.lt has the abilities of stepless adjustment of the eccentric.The advantages of eccentric convenient adjustment,strong anti-jamming capability,mechanical small vibration,body compact and flexible,and low manufacturing costs are also realized.And the body's feasibility is tested and verified through UG modeling and ADAMS simulation.The appliance scope of this new kind rotating arc sensor is much wider than the tradition,it is more conducive to the applications of industrial production.关键词
