摘要

Abstract

Based short operating cycle,low operation of welding and labor intensity in the full use of advantages in AP1000 main pipe welding,this paper considers feasibility of the welding quality control,focuses on improving the deposited metal nondestructive detection performance.From the capability analysis of welding process,will be a single circular defect size from 10 mm of the upper limit value optimization as target value of 4 mm;from the characteristics analysis of automatic TIG welding for process austenitic stainless steel,a single strip of defect size from 19 mm of the upper limit value optimization for the target value of 4 mm,the main pipeline welding to ensure lossless detection of a pass rate of 100%.
