摘要

Abstract

A voltage measuring method of series Li-ion battery based on "flying capacitor" technology was put forward. The circuit consisted of MOSFET output optical coupler, differential operational amplifier and AD sampling circuit. A 15 series battery single cell voltage measurement circuit was provided, high voltage switch was used in AQS225R2S, differential op amp was used in OP4177, and AD sampling was done by the MSP430F169, and then the experimental and analysis results of 15 cell lithium-ion battery cell voltage measurement circuit was provided. The results show that the method has the advantages of little effect on the lithium-ion battery, high precision and small volume, and can be used to estimate SOC and balance battery pack, which can be applied in electric cars and lithium energy storage systems and other fields.
