摘要

Abstract

To remove the sulfuric acid mist from lead-acid battery production, CaO was used as modifier for fly-ash. The influence of the mass ratio of the fly ash and CaO, modifying time and temperature, the mass ratio of water and solid and material porosity on the removal efficiency of sulfuric acid mist was experimentally studied. The results show that, when modified with CaO.with the fly ash/CaO mass ratio of 15,modified temperature of 120 ℃, water/solid mass ratio of 10, modified time of 5 h and the adsorbent porosity of 14%, the removal efficiency is the highest to even be over 97%.The removal rate of sulfuric acid mist by the modified fly ash increased 40% than that before.
