摘要

Abstract

With the development of computer, automatic control and communications technology, the use of computer networks to realize remote monitoring and maintenance of devices and systems through the Internet is expected to become common in the near future. In this article, the status and various existent problems of remote monitoring of power was analyzed, and then B/S based power remote monitoring system was designed and developed. This system adopted the B/S three-layer web architecture based on web service, which enabled the remote monitoring and control of power systems status from communications center through the telecom leased line for immediate and effective response to any equipment malfunction. This system could reduce the running cost of power, and play an important role in the implementation of condition monitoring.
