摘要

Abstract

The performance of graphite felt before and after the activation were compared, and the electrochemical performance of vanadium flow battery was studied by the charging and discharging instrument with the graphite felt after activation as electrode. The constant current charging and discharging experiments show that the activation of graphite felt can be increased by sulfuric acid. The energy efficiency deceases with the higher charging-discharging current, and the maximal energy efficiency achieve 75.2%; the columb efficiency increases with the higher charging-discharging current and the maximal efficiency can achieve 95.01%. The internal communication decreases with the higher SOC.
