摘要

Abstract

Micro power systems are widely used in industrial control, data acquisition and other fields because of its low power consumption, long-run self-sustaining. However, in some applications like the high and low temperature alternating, size limit, super-long self-sustaining operation and other tests, it is very difficult to achieve in conventional power technology. A weak energy harvesting circuit was described using solar energy or other weak energy as input and the voltage was promoted to super-capacitor charge by the ultra low voltage boost circuit.A ultra-low power management circuit was designed, by which the power supply for micro power systems was managed. The circuit could efficiently harvest weak energy, and power the whole system to achieve good management. The maintenance cycle and lifetime of the micro power systems are greatly extended, its applications become wider, and the cost is also greatly reduced.
