摘要

Abstract

Hybrid supercapacitor is a new energy storage component between a supercapacitor and chemical power source, which simultaneously possesses high power density of supercapacitor and high energy density of chemical power sources. In this paper, the working principle, advantages and research progresses of the supercapacitor were summarized, and especially the applications of the lithium ion battery materials in hybrid supercapacitors were reviewed. The practice application fields were concluded and the matters needing attention in use and development directions were pointed out.
