摘要

Abstract

The latest developments of silicon concentrator solar cell and 111-V multijunction concentrator solar cell were reviewed. The recent progress on CPV systems of the representative research institutions over the world was reported and the CPV systems were classified based on concentration ratio. The latest progress on conventional cooling methods and novel cooling methods of CPV systems were summarized. A brief discussion of CPV technology standard was presented. Finally, the prospects of CPV techonology were given.
