Abstract
Surveying and mapping industry results using different coordinate systems are not conducive to the compile and approval of planning results for related departments. With a view to provide reference to the coordinate transformation between planning and land departments, this article took Zhanjiang as an example to explore the coordinate transformation between planning and land systems using the four-coefficient method under the BJ1954 coordinate.关键词
