海洋假单胞菌胞外多糖的抗氧化性
Antioxidant effects of extracellular polysaccharides from a marine Pseudomonas
摘要
Abstract
A marine pseudomonas PT-8 was fermented to produce extracellular polysaccharides (EPSs). The fermentation liquor was treated in alcohol precipitation; Sevag method was used to remove protein, dialysis, freezing and drying method was used to purified EPSs. The scavenging effects on·OH, DPPH radical and O2-· by EPS were investigated using spectrophotometry. The results indicated that the EPSs had strong reducing power and good scavenging ability to the ·OH and O2-·. Its ability of scavenging DPPH radical was much lower than that of Vc under the same conditions.关键词
