摘要

Abstract

The disruption and lipase release of Trichosporon fermentans by ultrasonication was examined. The effect of ultrasound output power, duration of irradiation each time, total irradiation time and the cell concentration on the activity of lipase were investigated through the single-factor and orthogonal experiment. The lipase activity reached 128.46 U/g under the optimum extraction condition: duration of irradiation each time 5 s (with a 5 s interval), the cell concentration 25 g/L, output power 450 W, total irradiation time 5. 5 min.
