几种整理剂对涤纶织物吸湿排汗性能的影响
The influence of different finishing agent on the polyester fabrics' property of moisture absorbency and sweat transport

Abstract
Four kinds of finishing agents of moisture absorption and sweat discharging including TF-620, HMW8871, Uhtraphil PA, NH-D20 were utilized on polyester fabrics, with different amounts of finishing agent, different temperature and different baking times. The properties of the finished fabrics were tested and compared with the non-finishing fabrics. The results showed that moisture absorbency and sweat transport of polyester fabric were improved a lot with finishing of four kinds of finishing agents, the TF-620 was the best. The optimal finishing process were TF-620 dosage 60 g/L, cure temperature 200 ℃ , cure time 0.5 min. After finishing, the height of capability rose from 1. 7 cm to 13. 7 cm and water evaporation rate increased from 10. 3% to 99. 7%. Tests showed that the surface electric resistance of fabric decreased from 1.08 × 1013 Ω to 1.31 × 107 Ω after finishing, and the effect of moisture absorption and sweat discharging remained perfect even after washing 10 times.关键词
