改性木质素磺酸盐作染料分散剂的研究
Research of modified lignosulfonate for dye dispersant
摘要
Abstract
Modified dye dispersant was prepared from lignosulfonate through sulfonation and sulfomethylation condensation under alkaline conditions. The optimal conditions for sulfonation condensation: ratio of sulfonating agent 50% , reaction temperature 50℃ , ratio of condensation agent 50%, reaction time 3 h, with a final dispersion force 62.6%. The optimal conditions for sulfomethylation: ratio of sulfonating agent 50%, reaction temperature 70℃, ratio of condensation 20% , reaction time 3 h, with a final dispersion force 55. 5%. Products were characterized by FT-IR.关键词
