Abstract
Silver-loaded zeolite was prepared by ion exchange methed with zeolite as the carrier and AgNO3 solution as exchange solution, and then blended with rare earth and PA to prepare silver-loaded zeolite/rare earth/PA composite. The mechanical properties and rheological properties of the composite were tested and analyzed. The breaking strength was dropped dramatically when the content of silver-loaded zeolite and rare earth was 3%. The rheological behavior curves of the composite became more apparent shear-thinning. It showed the blend systems are pseudoplastic fluid, and its apparent viscosity was dropped with increasing the shear rate, the processing temperature, the silver-loaded zeolite and the rare earth content. Non-Newtonian index was decreased with increasing concentration of silver-loaded zeolite and rare earth, the rheological properties can be improved.关键词
