摘要

Abstract

With the development of the smart substation, travelling wave fault location (TWFL) equipments that have been widely applied in the power system need to build data model complying with IEC 61850, in order to satisfy the requirement of mutual connection and mutual through. Based on the analysis of TWFL system's communication interface and its data requirement, the TWFL logic node RTFL is presented. TWFL equipment information model is built and mapping to data transfer protocol manufacturing message specification ( MMS) are studied to support the open communication and interoperability. The equipment that meets the requirements of IEC 61850 is operating in the field.
