Abstract
With the time-sequence characteristics of load and distributed generation output taken into consideration, a novel method is presented for locating and sizing of distributed generation in the distribution network. The planning objectives include the distribution network loss and reliability. A scenario technology is used for developing the model according to the time-sequence characteristics of load and distributed generation output under different seasons and weather conditions. The genetic algorithm is applied to solving the multi-objective optimization planning, and a multi-segment chromosome coding and apparent power accurate moment are used to improve the searching efficiency. Simulation results of an IEEE 69-node system show that the time-sequence characteristics greatly influence the distribution generation planning, proving the feasibility and efficiency of the method proposed. In addition, with wind and photovoltaic power combined, the investment is reduced and the economic and technological indices of the distribution network are improved.关键词
