摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the issues in current research of spherical motor such as too much friction force between stator and rotor, and hardly to achieve timeliness and accuracy in rotor 3D position detection, a design concept of the passive 3 - DOF spherical joint was presented .This concept point out that researchers could find the angles by dual-axis tilt sensor and rotary-encoder, after analyzing and calculaing, the position of permanent magnet rotor is effectually determind.Simulation analysis show that rotor position detection can be achieved by this way.
