3D 3-PHASE MATHEMETICAL MODEL OF POLYMER FLOODING WITH THE FUNCTIONS OF DISPERSION AND DIFFUSION SIMULATIONS

Abstract
In order to more accurately describe the complex physicochemical phenomena happened in the process of polymer flooding by numerical simulating technique, the mathematical model of 3D 3-phase polymer flooding with the functions of dispersion and diffusion simulations is developed. And moreover the mathematical model of the substance transformation and oil flooding mechanism is established for the polymer and anion & cation migrated in the porous media. In the aspects of convection, dispersion, diffusion and so on, the above migration process is described ; the mechanism is characterized by the elasticity, viscosity and mixed properties of multi-polymer. The two mathematical models are integrated and solved with the 3-phase (oil-gas-water) black-oil mathematical model and then a new polymer oil flooding mathematical model is developed. The developed model has abilities to simulate the mechanisms of the viscoelasticity and multi-polymer and furthermore the physicochemical phenomena of convection, dispersion, diffusion, absorption and so forth happened in the migration for the chemical substances. The mecha- nism studies, field program optimization and production effect prediction can be conducted for the polymer oil flooding in the model.关键词
