Abstract
The conceptions of contract transfer and replacement transaction are defined. At the levels of physical property, economy and policy the feasibility of performing inter-provincial contract transfer and replacement transaction in South China electricity market is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the two transaction modes, namely bilateral consultation and centralized price bidding, are discussed. The transaction modes and price formation mechanism under three conditions, i.e., supply shortage in one province and surplus water in another province, supply shortage in one province and power surpluses in another province, power surpluses in both provinces and surplus water in one of them, are designed. Results of case study, in which a contract of transmitting power from West China to East China inside South China power grid is transferred from Guizhou province to Yunnan province is taken as the example, show that the proposed transaction modes and price formation mechanism are practicable.关键词
