基于多代理方法的配电网故障应急抢修调度
Multi-Agent Based Rush Repair Scheduling for Distribution Networks

Abstract
As an important part of power emergency management system, the emergency rush-repair scheduling for distribution network can provide auxiliary decision to support emergency management. According to current configuration of emergency rush-repair resources of distribution network, a joint optimization model for distribution network, in which the allocation of rush-repair resources and cooperative mechanism among rush-repair teams are considered, is built, and combining with the blackboard mode a multi-agent method for rush-repair scheduling is put forward. A blackboard information processing mode composed of original data layer, adaptability measure layer and repair plan layer is designed to rapidly provide grouping scheme of rush-repair resources and pre-arranged emergency rush-repair scheme after the occurrence of multiple failures in distribution network to minimize the economic loss due to outage. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results of a 69-bus system.关键词
